Policies

Arrivals & Departures
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in.
- This property only accepts credit cards for reservations; cash is not accepted for reservations.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 2:30 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- A $100 incidentals deposit is required and will be released upon completed check-out. Please note that the refund/credit time is dependent on your financial institution.
Transportation
- Sojourn Suites offers transfers from the airport using Lyft for business; guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- If you are planning to arrive after 2:30 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation policy is 24 hours. Please contact the hotel before the cancellation period to modify or cancel your reservations. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount for the entire reservation.
Park & Fly
When visiting Portland, stay at Sojourn Suites for at least one night and leave your car with us until your return flight for just $10 per day. Payment will be charged in advance.
Children & Extra Bed
- Children are welcome.
- Children up to the age of 17 years can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room.
- Rollaway/extra beds are not available.
- Cribs (infant beds) are not available.
Pet Policy
This policy does not include service animals, which are covered by applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. We are happy to welcome your dogs to our hotel. Please take note of the following policies:
- Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $25/per pet /per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room, maximum 40lbs/per dog.
- Upon request and based on availability, a dog bed can be provided. A $50.00 replacement cost will be the responsibility of the guest for any missing or damaged items.
- Dogs are limited to a 7-day stay. For longer stays, please contact the Front Desk.
- Please note that there are selected rooms reserved for pets, and availability for your pets may vary. - A refundable pet deposit of $75 for 1-7 nights and $150 for 8 days or more will be charged at check-in. The deposit may be refunded after the room is inspected after check-out. The refund time will be based on your financial institution.
- When leaving the premises, please crate your dog(s) and inform the Front Desk along with your cell phone contact information in case of an emergency.
- For housekeeping, please specify a convenient time for service. If your dog is unrestrained, the room will not be serviced. If you would like to arrange a specific time for housekeeping, please contact the Front Desk.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Please keep your dog restrained when accepting room service deliveries.
- Walk dogs in designated dog areas (where available and marked). to clean responsible for cleaning up after their dogs in and around the hotel at all times.
- Dog owners are financially responsible for property damage and injuries to Sojourn Suites' employees, guests, or third parties.
- Proper medical certification specifying that vaccinations may be required upon request.
